We want you and your little ones to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help make the return process as simple and quick as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
